I never sleep past 9:00 and it’s rare that I even make it past 8.
I slept for 10 hours last night, waking up after 9, then took about a one hour nap before the UT game…Then was ready for bed again around 9:30. I realize that I’ve worn myself out this passed week and I needed the rest, but it’s pretty pathetic how it takes as little as one week to lose your body tone and start feeling tired all the time again when you’ve decided to cut your diet and workout routine so your arm can heal itself. I can diet if I’m working out, so no working out has killed my diet and I’m suddenly back up to the weight I was at when I started this thing 2 months ago. How pathetic. I guess I’ll just have to do it again!
