Holy crap. Day 2 of the new workout routine and I am dead tired.
Dead.
Tired.
I wasn’t THIS tired when I started my first routine, and after 4 weeks I can see a noticeable difference in my stamina and the tone of this rickety old body. If I keep this up, I may be heavy metal by the end of it all.
