Erin and I get belittled and made fun of about a lot of things: Our love of horror, literature, science, technology, Apple computers, photography, jazz music, ska music, our love of art, how we enjoy going to conventions (and referring to them as “cons”). And as the years have gone by, I’ve realized that it’s pretty retarded to try to be someone you’re not just because other people don’t “get it.”

People just don’t “get” us. And I’m cool with that.

Another thing we’ll probably be ridden about is how we celebrate 2 anniversaries. One for our wedding, one for our first date.

Today is that first date day. 7 years.
