Erin had dinner plans with a friend tonight so I was left to fend for myself (voluntarily) for foodage. Funny how I’m “the cook” at home, always trying new things, experimenting with new recipes and ingredients, trying to keep our menu fresh and changing…Yet when there’s no Erin to cook for, I go straight into Bachelor mode.
Tonight’s dinner:
Leftover tuna from sushi night tossed in Sriracha
Leftover sticky rice from sushi night
Leftover scraps of angel food cake from strawberry shortcake night, straight from the plastic container
Thank King Jesus I’m not really a bachelor.
Oh, well. At least the beer is fresh.
