Painting: TWIGGY

As posted at AlwaysComingSoon

Long before the sexy Emma Watson chopped her hair off, a beauty of unmatched radiance hit the scene in the 1960s by the name of Lesley Lawson, better known as Twiggy. Maybe a little bit edgy and controversial with her short hair style and pencil-thin physique, but undoubtedly a trend-setter that paved the way for international supermodels for decades to come.

“The Making of a Look” is a perfect addition to a figure of such beauty. Innocence, mystery, submissive yet dominant. And what a look it is.

TWIGGY is painted on a 16″x20″ canvas with Montana Black spraypaint. The stencils were designed in Photoshop, transferred to stencil blanks and hand-cut.

TWIGGY is $100 + Shipping

Here’s how I made it with special thanks to Jeremy Lowery for the opening animation, Soul Radics for the opening animation tune and main feature tune “Down to the Hall” from their mighty fine album of the same name and Taj Motel Trio for the outro tune.
