Upon receiving the job offer from my current employer, I decided that I was going to take the better part of the next 2 years learning as much as I could…about everything related to what I do (new media development).  I have already dabbled in PHP, MySQL, Ruby on Rails and have been producing some pretty rad stuff in Apple Motion (see blog a few days ago…or click over —> there and click “videos”).  Today, I decided to start working on mobile web app development.  Thanks to the great folks at CreativeTechs,I was able to get ahold of a full blown class on the subject (at a price, nonetheless).  Today, I took on Part 1 and part 2 of the course (an introduction and personal business card web app, respectively).  If you have an iPhone, iPod Touch, head over to www.justintsimpson.com (my portfolio site) and see what I created today!
