Dale’s Fried Pies SWAG

I like my job. No, I really like my job. One of my favorite perks has been when food trucks were brought in while they were building our Food Network Kitchen. I posted several months ago about how I met and got down on Dale’s Fried Pies’ macaroni and cheese pie. It was an awesome day as it was a unique visit for us at work, it was super tasty fried pie fare and earned me a place on my favorite food blog’s “Best of Instagram” page.

Erin and I have visited Dale’s stand a few times over at the Market Square Farmer’s Market and have been telling everyone how they need to dig on it if they ever come across it. And luckily for the folks of Knoxville (and maybe beyond?) Dale is bringing her fried pies a little closer to you thanks to a Kickstarter campaign where she raised money for a mobile kitchen. With such an awesome product and expanding fan base, it’s really no surprise the funding was successful!

It should also come as no surprise that I was one of her supporters and I’m proud to say I was a part of her success. As a result I got this great t-shirt for Erin and just thought I’d share. Mega congrats to Dale’s Fried Pies!
