Boys and girls and all 4 faithful readers, we’ve made it to closing day!  At around 10:30 am, Erin and I became homeowners for the first time.  3 car loads of stuff later and the apartment is already looking bare.  Leaving the TV, computer, everything too big for us to fit in one of our cars plus about 2 or 3 more car loads of stuff and this place will be empty.  The movers come in next Friday, and we hope to have it all out on that day.  We jammed some U2 in the garage today while unpacking, stating how odd it was that this was actually OUR house and not someone else’s every other minute…I took a few photos, but due to your humble narrator being about a half inch on the wrong side of the moron line, I cannot upload them tonight.  Look for ’em tomorrow.
